Job Description: SUMMARY
Streamline data collection by building a quality database to house medical records data. Review data collection, data cleaning, data analysis, and present results through visually appealing dashboards. Maintain a secure database in the ICE approved repository.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build a secure database where new employee medical records are easily added or imported.
- Review the database, run code to identify missing data, and automate repetitive tasks such as generating weekly metrics, creating reports for annual or scheduled appointment reminders and recertification notifications, and producing visualization dashboards to support leadership decision\-making.
- Collect and clean data by removing duplicates, filling in missing information, standardizing formats, and ensuring overall data accuracy.
- Conduct recurring data audits and verification and resolve discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Use statistical analysis to analyze for trends and patterns.
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, or digitization.
- Create reports and dashboards for SOHD (Safety and Occupational Health Division) to make informed program decisions, and other deliverables.
- Work with team and provide coaching on continuous streamlining of data collection, management, reporting, and planning.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Analytics. Certifications with job experience are allowed.
- Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and SAS.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and Excel for data visualization and reporting
- Strong skills in MySQL and Microsoft Access
- Advanced Excel expertise.
- Detail oriented, strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Ability to monitor data quality.
- Pay range: $120,000 to $125,000 per year.

Position requires the ability to sit or stand at a computer workstation for extended periods while performing data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks.
