Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast\-paced environment.
Duties
- Provide general administrative support, including clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments, ensuring optimal time management for team members.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries through phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel as needed.
- Serve as a personal assistant to senior staff when required, providing logistical support for meetings and events.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and welcoming for both staff and visitors.
- Proficiency in computerized systems and office software, particularly Google Suite and Office
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy work environment.
- Experience in clerical duties with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to manage calendars efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in office management or as an office assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
