Duties

  • Serve as a personal assistant to senior staff when required, providing logistical support for meetings and events.
  • Ensure the office environment is organized and welcoming for both staff and visitors.
  • Skills

  • Proficiency in computerized systems and office software, particularly Google Suite and Office
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy work environment.
  • Experience in clerical duties with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage calendars efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in office management or as an office assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
