Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing multi\-line phone systems and practicing excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure clarity in all communications.
- Support event planning activities, including logistics coordination, vendor communication, and onsite setup.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and manage basic office bookkeeping responsibilities.
- Provide executive administrative support by preparing reports, transcriptions, and managing correspondence efficiently.
- Oversee office management duties such as supply ordering, filing systems, front desk coverage, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Proven experience in administrative roles with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent typing speed combined with strong data entry and transcription abilities.
- Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems, document proofreading, and office equipment operation.
- Experience with project coordination and event planning to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks as well as basic accounting principles.
- Exceptional customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette across multi\-line systems.
- Ability to manage calendars effectively using tools like Microsoft Outlook Calendar or Google Calendar.
- Competence in handling confidential information with discretion; experience with DocuSign is a plus for digital signatures.
